High Performing and Quietly Burning Out

Both can be true.

You can be the person everyone counts on, hitting every deadline, and still be quietly running on empty.

For a long time I thought those two things couldn't live in the same body. If I was performing well, I must be fine. If I was tired, I just needed to push a little harder.

But high performance can hide a lot. Sometimes the people who look the most together are the ones who stopped checking in with themselves a long time ago.

Noticing it isn't failing. It's the first honest step back toward yourself.

Why this book is for you:

If you're the one everyone relies on and you can't remember the last time you felt rested, this book is for you. It's for anyone who has been told they're doing great while quietly losing touch with themselves, and who is ready to stop proving and start listening.

Have you ever been doing "great" on paper while something inside you was quietly running low?
